Director of Workforce Strategy
OneFuture Coachella Valley is hiring a Director of Workforce Strategy to lead the next phase of our regional workforce strategy. We are looking for a strategic leader who is passionate about creating meaningful pathways from education to employment and connecting local students with high-quality internships, work-based learning, and career opportunities.
As a key member of OneFuture’s senior leadership team, this role will work alongside K–12 and postsecondary institutions, employers, and community partners to strengthen workforce systems, beginning with healthcare as our initial sector. Through strategic leadership, collaboration, and innovation, the Director, Workforce Strategy will help ensure local students are prepared to thrive in college, career, and life while contributing to the Coachella Valley’s economic and workforce development.
